We need to be much, much bolder. So we'll work to change the EU and Britain's relationship with it - and then place the decision in the hands of the British people with an in-out referendum by the end of 2017. Only our long-term plan can fix our relationship with Europe, and ensure Europe reforms in a way that delivers growth, jobs and financial security for the British people.
